Changes in the nomination committee’s proposal for election of board members in AcadeMedia

Changes in the nomination committee’s proposal for election of board members in AcadeMedia

Due to the fact that EQT, after its sale of shares on 26 October 2017, no longer owns any shares in AcadeMedia, Erika Henriksson has informed the nomination committee that she declines re-election at the annual general meeting on 24 November 2017.

The nomination committee therefore proposes that Anki Bystedt instead is elected new member of the board. There are no other changes in the nomination committee’s proposal for AcadeMedia’s annual general meeting, which was published in the notice on 24 October 2017.

A presentation of Anki Bystedt follows below. A more detailed presentation is available under Annual General Meeting 2017 on https://corporate.old.academedia.duvadev.se/en/.

Anki Bystedt

Anki Bystedt was born in 1967 and holds a bachelor degree in business administration from the University of Växjö and has also studied at Montana State University. Bystedt has previously served as Deputy County Governor at the County of Uppsala and as Deputy Director Gereral at the Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications, and has also worked within the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Employment. Bystedt is currently head of External relations and Communication at Stockholm University and is the Swedish Government’s appointed auditor for the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences, IVA.
