Auditors
The auditor is responsible for reviewing the company’s annual report and financial statements, as well as the Board of Directors’ and the CEO’s management of the company. After the end of each financial year, the auditor shall present an audit report and a consolidated audit report to the annual general meeting.
The company’s auditor is PricewaterhouseCoopers AB, with Patrik Adolfson as auditor-in-charge. Patrik Adolfson (born 1973) is an authorized public accountant and a member of FAR (the professional institute for authorized public accountants), with office address c/o PwC, Torsgatan 21, 113 21 Stockholm.
